"It is by no means expected that a woman or a man putting their skills, experiences and know-how at the service of the State will keep their status of contract worker for ten years... The public administration must guarantee a career and a retirement for those who have enabled the State to serve the population," acknowledged Minister D'Mézard. By establishing nearly 200 contractual agents, the Minister D'Mézard has regularized, among other things : the situation of professionals holding a license and a master's degree and occupying very low-level positions, technicians essential to their service under contract for nearly 20 years, of State scholars... The Minister clarified that it was not a favor to anyone, considering it fair to repair some wrongs caused to these employees. IH/ iciHaiti
