In a note, Lyonel Valbrun, the Secretary General of the Presidency reminds civil servants and the private sector :

"With reference to the Decree of May 23, 1989 in its articles 1 and 2 determining in a more precise way the Legal Feasts, the Public Administration, the commerce, the industry and the schools will be no-worked :

- Monday February 15, 2021 from noon;

- Tuesday February 16 and Wednesday February 17 in full, throughout the territory."
