In a note of condemnation Me Rose Berthe Augustin Bâtonnière ai of the Council of the Bar Association of Port-au-Prince "[...] protests against the increase in the phenomenon of kidnapping followed by sequestration of which the population is regularly victim and who strikes today the Basoche with the kidnapping Me Nasha Sain-Fleur and calls on the police authorities to carry out the appropriate operations in order to free our colleague from her captors [...]"

For his part, Judge Jean Wilner Morin President of the National Association of Haitian Magistrates (ANAMAH) shares the concerns of his colleague Ikenson Edumé President of the National Network of Haitian Magistrates (RENAMAH), of the kidnapping of his elder brother, Me Abdias Edumé
