Friday Pradel Henriquez, the Minister of Communication proceeded to the installation of the new Secretary of State for Communication, Frantz Exantus, who replaces Eddy J. Alexis in this post.

Minister Henriquez praised the work carried out by Secretary of State Alexis "who since 2018 has always shown tenacity in the context of his mission."

Henriquez underlined that the decision to entrust the mission to Frantz Exantus is in line with the will of Jovenel Moïse and Joseph Jouthe to make communication "a dynamic axis to communicate on a large scale the actions of the government in order to respond to the concerns of the population [...] We want proactive communication and dynamic interactions between the Government and the population, based on a unified offer of information and digital services, which evolve in line with the needs of the population."
