I want to take this opportunity to pay tribute to all our diplomats and contractors who have worked hard, from home, to address the most urgent problems of our compatriots, participate in virtual meetings and draft the related reports. Some have made themselves available to visit the embassy from time to time to listen to voicemails, read and respond to emails, and issue administrative documents.
