Jean Wesnel Edrouine Pervil, President of the Communal Commission of Croix-des-Bouquets, participated on April 4 in the first edition of "Laplèn ap pedale".

Accompanied by some executives and employees of the Town Hall, the First Citizen of Croix-des-Bouquets kicked off this activity and marched alongside several hundred people of all ages on their bicycles. The activity took place without incident on the route from Lathan to Lilavois/Cesselesse, round trip.

In addition to the support of the Municipal Administration for this civic activity, Pervil wanted to be personally present to encourage the organizers and participants. He also wanted, in his capacity as President of the Communal Security Council, to ensure that all arrangements were made for the safety of each cyclist.

The Mayor took the opportunity to congratulate the initiators of this bicycle activity. An initiative that promotes a spirit of unity, mutual aid and civic engagement in the life of the city.

The presence of the Mayor was warmly welcomed by the crucians who thanked him for his support.
