The Communication Office of the Director General of the Unit for the Fight Against Conuption (ULCC), Me, Hans Jacques Ludwig Joseph, gives a formal denial against false information conveyed on social networks, claiming that he has benefited from a loan to the National Old-Age Insurance Office (ONA) in exchange for preferential treatment in the context of an ongoing corruption case "Me, Hans Jacques Ludwig Joseph is in no case and in any form debtor of ONA."

"This false information is disseminated not only with the aim of sullying the reputation of the Director General, but above all to undermine the current efforts to fight corruption in the country. The office specifies "This vain defamatory attack will have no influence on the important files in progress nor any incidence on the structural actions undertaken for soon 8 months."

The Director General, through his Council of Lawyers, has already referred the prosecution to the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince, which will have to prosecute the person responsible for this plot, for the rigorous consequences as of right.
