The Embassy of the Republic of Haiti near the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland announces that the new Ambassador Euvrard Saint Amand hhttps://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32310-haiti-diplomacy-appointment-of-12-new-ambassadors.html [replacing Bocchit EDMOND appointed Ambassador to Washington] presented Wednesday, May 5, his credentials to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Ambassador Euvrard Saint Amand was picked up by the Vice-Marshal and traveled by carriage from the Embassy of Haiti to Buckingham Palace.

The Ambassador of Haiti took the opportunity to present to His Majesty the wishes of the Haitian people; the President of the Republic Jovenel Moise; of the Prime Minister a.i and Chancellor Claude Joseph.

Her Majesty The Queen, who was not physically present expressed by videoconference her satisfaction at having received for the first time in audience, an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from Haiti to the Kingdom and promised to strengthen ties with the Republic of Haiti.
