Founding member of "Kowòdinasyon Rezistans Grandans" (KOREGA). Very involved in his functions as representative of the Executive, he had known how to put all his experience, his know-how and his charisma at the service of his department and the whole country, while Haiti is going through a long and difficult crisis.
