After several changes in the Departmental Directorates of Education (DDE) of the South, Marie Lucie Joseph the Minister of National Education announces this time changes to the Directorate of Training and Development (DFP), to the Unit of Procurement (UPM) and the North-East DDE

Rossini Blaise, Deputy to the Northeast Departmental Education Directorate, has been promoted to Departmental Director of this entity. He replaces in this post Fritz Jacques, transferred to the Public University of the North-East (Fort-Liberté).

Sancelot Israel was also promoted to Assistant Director of the Northeast Department.

The Training and Development Department (DFP) also has a new manager. Georges Franck Wilbert was promoted to Director replacing Etzer Vixamar, transferred to the Technical Unit of the General Directorate of the Ministry.

At the Procurement Unit, a new coordinator in the person of Donki Emmanuel was also installed, this Monday, October 11. He replaces Cantave Innocent, transferred to the General Directorate.
