While the scarcity of fuel at the pump has exploded the price per gallon on the black market un to 1,000 gourdes per gallon, Fils Aimé Ignace Saint Fleur the Director General of the Office of Monetization of Development Assistance Programs (BMPAD) informs that on Sunday, October 17, 2021, 1,264,200 gallons (± 36,100 barrels) and 718,000 diesel gallons (± 20,500 barrels) had arrived in Port-au-Prince.

Calendar of the next BMPAD deliveries

Wednesday October 20: 1,988,000 diesel gallons (± 56,800 barrels)

Saturday October 23: 7,812,000 gallons of diesel (± 223,200 barrels)

Sunday October 24: 7, 135, 800 gasoline gallons (± 203,800 barrels)

For information, the storage capacity of petroleum products in Haiti is 800,000 barrels maximum and Haiti generally consumes ± 400,000 barrels every 15 days.
