Tuesday, November 23, 2021, Frantz Elbé, the new Commander-in-Chief ai of the Haitian National Police (PNH), led his very first extended command meeting attended by Fritz Saint Fort, the Chief Inspector General, the Central Directors (Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ), Central Directorate of Administrative Police (DCPA) and Central Directorate of Administration and General Services (DCASG)), the 11 departmental directors and several other executives of the police institution.

This highly strategic meeting focused mainly on:

1 - Assessment of the country's security situation and the establishment of a security system capable of countering in record time the factors linked to insecurity (banditry, crime, kidnapping and others);

2 - The development of a special operation order for the holiday season.

3 - The handling of internal issues related to the advancement of rank of police staff and the competition for a new cohort of commissioner scheduled for the beginning of December 2021.
