In his remarks for the occasion Ariel Henry declared "I am happy to be today, if only temporarily, at the head of this Ministry which is so important in the articulation of government policy and in the obligatory interaction between the leaders and the citizens" adding about the State media " We need, as quickly as possible, to carry out an inventory atthe level of the National Television of Haiti (TNH) and the National Radio of Haiti (RNH), and make immediate arrangements for them to fulfill their role of public service to the population."
