iciHaiti - NOTICE : Winner of the essay competition

The National Commission for Public Procurement (CNMP) informs that after deliberation by the jury the names of the three winners of the national essay competition under the theme : "public contracts, an effective tool for the implementation of public policies" are :

Richlor NELSON : (Faculty of Law and Economics - FDSE)

Missondor PETIT-HOMME : (National Institute of Administration, Management and Higher International Studies - INAGHEI)

Jothsaïna PIERRE : Quisqueya University (UniQ)

As provided for in point 13 of the competition rules, the allocation of place and prizes will take place on December 3rd, 2021, on the occasion of the celebration of the 17th anniversary of the CNMP (at #1, Corner Sreeet 6 and Avenue Christophe) from 9 a.m. The winners are invited to take part in the festivities.

The winner (1st) will receive the Joseph François Robert Marcello Prize, the 2nd and 3rd will receive bonuses.
