Raymonde Rival, Minister of Youth, Sports and Action launched this week the 4th promotion of the "Ecole l'Espoir" (Hope School) Mikaël Sylvestre "The vocational training of our young people is undoubtedly the strategic axis on which it is necessary to count to slow down the increasing tendency to juvenile delinquency in the country..." declared the Minister, convinced that the development of the country depends on the supervision, the integration and the empowerment of our youth.

About a hundred young people, in their twenties on average, make up this 4th promotion from "Ecole l'Espoir", who will benefit from training in the fields of computer science, masonry, carpentry and auto mechanics.

On the sidelines of this launching ceremony, which took place in the presence of the authorities of the municipality who applauded this decision, the beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction to participate in this program and promise to make the most of it.
