The Criminal Affairs Office of the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ) arrested this week the policeman Martino Stetensky Delliard of the 28th promotion, assigned to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

He is involved in the murder of another policeman Jean Ketlet NAU from the same promotion assigned to the Delmas police station, shot dead, on the night of December 16 to 17, 2021 in Delmas 32.

The police officer Delliard who admitted the facts of which he is accused during his interrogation. He justified his crime by evoking the existence of a sentimental relationship that the victim had with his girlfriend.

In a video, it was clearly shown that police officer Delliard coldly shot his colleague after having ambushed him.

During his arrest Delliard was in possession of the murder weapon (his service weapon). He is currently in custody at the DCPJ, for the rest of the procedure.
