iciHaiti - Center d'Art : 7 artists selected as part of the Project «Support for creation and artists» 09/02/2022 10:47:09
Tuesday, February 8, a jury analyzed the proposals of visual artists and selected 7. An amount of $5,000 dollars will be paid to each beneficiary artist (whose name will be made public shortly informs the Art Center) for the implementation of his project which must be executed before April 14th. Jury members : Michèle Duvivier PIERRE-LOUIS, President of the Board of Directors of the Center d'Art Allenby AUGUSTIN, Executive Director of the Center d'Art; Grégory JEAN, national communication and culture officer at the Swiss Embassy in Haiti; Géraldine LE CARRET, head of the educational program and support for artistic creation at the Center d'Art; Emilcar SIMILIEN, artist. Through this project, the Art Center intends to support Haitian artists in the development and promotion of their artistic project. IH/ iciHaiti
