iciHaiti - Crisis : Mediation, towards a resumption of dialogue ?

A Mediation Committee made up of representatives of Religions for Peace, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Conference of Rectors, Presidents and Directors of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education, informs that it met on April 30 and on May 1st, in the presence of observers from civil society, many political parties and groups as part of the mediation process.
The Committee argues that these meetings aimed to raise awareness among stakeholders of the need to resume political dialogue in order to find a solution to the crisis.
The Committee invites all sectors of national life to support this essential step for the establishment of a climate of security and peace within the population.
