In order to strengthen the training offer of the Hotel School of Haiti (EHH), a public entity under the supervision of the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministries of Commerce and Tourism have initialed a partnership on the inclusion in the EHH curriculum, new courses oriented towards entrepreneurship.

These courses will focus on topics related to the management of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and will address in particular:

1. The organization and operation of a business;

2. Entrepreneurship and the entrepreneur;

3. From idea to business opportunity;

4. From business opportunity to business plan;

5. Business formalization processes in Haiti

In her opening remarks Luz Kurta Cassandra François, the Minister of Tourism said that she included this approach in order to encourage young graduates to become entrepreneurs.
