On Friday, the Art Center held its Discovery Day for the month of May, which was dedicated for the first time to a single artist : Lionel St. Eloi.

The selection of works by Saint Eloi exhibited by the Art Center consisted of paintings and cut-out irons, presenting a variety of themes ranging from agriculture to history and voodoo.

The Art Center took the opportunity to restore the work carried out by the sculptor in salvage art Saint Éloi for his carte blanche, in this case an imposing metal work.

Let's remember that Saint Éloi, recipient of the first carte blanche of the year, introduced young visual artists to the practice of assembling metal parts between April 7 and May 14.

On Friday, these young artists shared with the visitors of the Discovery Day, the experience and the know-how they acquired during the workshop with Saint Eloi.
