This arrest follows testimonies from several residents of the area, who denounced the involvement of Dylan Eugène in particular in the trafficking of firearms... BI agents, accompanied by Justice of the Peace Gaspard Dorly searched the residence of Dylan Eugène, where several suspicious objects were found including : a 9mm firearm in new condition, a balaclava, an olive green uniform and an identification card mentioning that he works as a security guard at the Public University of the North in Cap-Haitien (UPNCH). Accused of illegal possession of firearms, firearms trafficking and criminal association Dylan Eugène is currently in custody in the hands of investigators from the Departmental Service of the Judicial Police (SDPJ) of the North who are continuing his hearing for the necessary legal action.
