The National Police of Haiti (PNH) of the commune of Saint-Marc (Dept. Artibonite) carried out an operation, in the area of Blockhaus on June 28, where the day before had been reported firing of automatic weapons as well as in the Pont Tambour canal area.

During this operation, the police, accompanied by Justice of the Peace Fanel Michel, went to a house in search of two men who had time to flee. Police found and seized an assault rifle and ammunition.

Two young people, a 15-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy were found in this house and taken to the police station to collect information that could be useful in this case.
