Saturday July 2nd, 2022, the funeral of Divisional Inspector Robert Ménard was sung at the Church of God in Carradeux (Dept. West).
It was in an atmosphere charged with emotion that close relatives and work colleagues came to show their attachment and respect for this 27-year-old police officer, cowardly shot dead by armed bandits at Carrefour Marassa on 15 last June.
At this tribute ceremony, Acting Commander-in-Chief Frantz Elbé was represented by Divisional Commissioner Jean Maurest Étienne, Director of Staff of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) accompanied by a delegation from the police institution in particular composed of close collaborators of the deceased assigned to the Directorate of Traffic and Road Police (DCPR).
