The PNH continues to track the bandits, on August 10, two armed bandits "Belot" and "Papito" were fatally injured...

"Belot" thus known, was one of the allies of the "Timadi" gang leader operating in ONA-Ville, Jérusalem and Canaan, were mortally wounded in ONA-Ville in exchanges of fire with the Police. "Belot" was involved in several criminal acts including kidnapping, embezzlement of goods and armed robbery.

"Papito" thus known was a member of the gang led by the named Patrick alias "Patchouko" specializing in the racketeering of traders at the Canaan sand market, in burglaries in Rosembert (Bon Repos), kidnapping and hijacking of goods trucks. "Papito" was suspected of having taken part on the night of July 25 to 26, 2022 in the murder of Daphnée Joseph (34), the wife of Doctor Ecclesiastes Noël.
