On August 28, the Border Police (PoliFront) intercepted and arrested at the Malpasse border, Dolsaint Feguerson, aka "Neymar", from Gonaïves, an active member of the gang group led by "Collegue Octavius" while he was preparing to take refuge in the Dominican Republic.

According to preliminary information available to the police, Dolsaint Feguerson was actively involved in criminal acts committed in the commune of Croix-des-Bouquets by the band of the former gang leader "Collegue Octavius", who was mortally wounded in exchanges of fire with the Police at the beginning of August 2022.
