The Varreux oil terminal is a company that receives ships that transport fuel.
The fuel is then stored in tanks of the "West Indies Energy Co. SA" (WINECO), a tank rental company intended for the storage of petroleum products.
WINECO :
Do not order petroleum products
Doesn't have tank trucks
Doesn't have gas stations
Does not distribute or sell fuels
It should be noted that petroleum products can only be released from WINECO tanks by order of the oil companies and under full customs control.
