Eléus Vilanor (33 years old) alias "Zion" 2nd leader of the Kanaran gang led by Patrick alias "Pachouko", under arrest warrant since February 2nd, 2022 and actively wanted, was fatally injured in a shootout with the National Police of Haiti (PNH).
