The Miss Haiti organization announces the participation of Mideline Phelizor (Miss Haiti 2022) in the Miss Universe 2023 election.

The event will take place on January 14, 2023, in the United States, in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Where our Miss Haiti will have to face nearly 90 applicants from all over the world in the hope of winning the coveted crown

Mideline Phelizor, a native of Anse-à-Veau (Dept. Nippes) is a model and owner of the modeling agency "Silhouette" she is also a graduate student in legal sciences.
