As part of an anti-kidnapping operation in Lilavois 1 (commune of Croix-des-Bouquets), agents of the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ), proceeded last week to the arrest of two kidnappers (Wesny REZILMA and Pierre Sonel MERILAN).

These two individuals, who are part of a gang based in Bon Repos, were actively sought by the DCPJ for more than a dozen cases of kidnapping, the last of which dates back to October 13, 2022, in Santo.

According to the report of the Jufge de Paix of the jurisdiction during the operation was seized among others :

1 .22 caliber revolver;

2 Glock brand pistols;

50 rounds of 9mm caliber;

6 x 22 caliber cartridges;

2 x 12 gauge cartridges.
