The Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), on instructions from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) reminds taxpayers that, taking into account the constraints of the moment, it has been decided, for the fiscal year 2022-2023, to extend the due date for payment of certain taxes, as set out below:

Patent : New date January 15, 2023

Final income tax return: New date February 28, 2023

Land Contribution on Built Property (CFPB) : New date April 30, 2023

Lease right : New date April 30, 2023

Renewal deadline for the Tax Completion Certificate or Quitus : New date March 31, 2023.

The DGI urges taxpayers to comply with this new measure and to fulfill their tax obligations in accordance with the provisions of the law governing the matter.
