Thursday, January 12, two individuals were arrested in Lilavois 10 and Lizon and a weapon belonging to the National Police of Haiti (PNH) recovered.

Aristide Jean Romain (48) born in Vallière and Alexandre Jean Kendy (34) born in Port-au-Prince were arrested for illegal possession of a firearm. They are suspected of involvement in the assassination of the Presumed Wilson policeman, Agent 2 (22nd promotion), assigned to the Motorized Intervention Brigade (BIM), killed on National Road number 3 at the level of the "sand station" area on November 17, 2022.

The Taurus policeman's weapon, serial number: TFX-46904, with its magazine containing 7 cartridges, was found in their possession.

They have been taken into custody for further investigation.
