Friday, January 13, during a joint police operation led by the Departmental Unit for Maintaining Order (UDMO) of St Marc and that of Gonaïves 3 individuals identified by the Departmental Intelligence Service as being members of the Savien gang network commonly known as "Gran grif" have been arrested in Liancourt, they are Gustave Harol, alias "boss", Joël Fequiere and Jacques Fequiere alias "lumière rouge"

In addition, Fleurival Mendy, alias "Widdy", a member of the Grande Saline gang, have also been arrested by the St-Marc police.
