Jean Robert Annas and Johnson Decle were arrested for attempted murder, armed robbery, illegal possession of firearms and criminal association. Let's remember that these two individuals armed with a 38 caliber revolver opened fire on Kendel Bazil (20) to steal his motorcycle on January 16th. Leaving their victim for dead, they went the same evening to Belladère to bring the stolen motorcycle to an accomplice Junior Boyoko, so known, specialized in the trafficking of stolen objects. Very early Thursday, January 19, 2023, a patrol went to Belladère with the aim of arresting Junior Boyoko who had already fled. The police arrested two of his accomplices.
