iciHaiti - Good news : S&H Global cancels the dismissal of 3,500 workers

A note, Zadok Min the President of the Haitian subcontracting subsidiary S&H Global of the South Korean textile group Sae-A, announces the cancellation of the decision to lay off 3,500 workers and the closure of module 3 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-38755-haiti-economy-loss-of-more-than-3-500-jobs-announced-in-the-textile-sector.html as well as the gradual implementation of new devices pending a normal resumption of activities, including a system of 3 to 4 working days per week until May 31.
"[...] S&H Global S.A has once again spoken with the highest level of management at our Seoul headquarters, to seek better options on how to overcome this difficult time. We remembered the time when we started our project here in Caracol, in 2012, and we decided to protect our workers and the job creations promised" indicates Zadok Min adding "[...] we kindly ask you to help us through this difficult period in the coming months. We will inform you of any changes and decision taken on the operating hours."
