In the North, the Police arrested Chinaïder EXIL alias "Vil la Cho", on Wednesday February 22 in Sainte-Philomène, precisely at Ruelle Saint-Georges.
According to information available to the PNH, Chinaïder, a notorious bandit, was arrested for his involvement in acts of rape perpetrated on young girls in the areas of Sainte-Philomène and Laborie and is also accused in the fire of more than ten houses.
On the same day, Jean François was arrested by the police in the city of Cap-Haitien for fraud.
