In the North, the Police arrested Chinaïder EXIL alias "Vil la Cho", on Wednesday February 22 in Sainte-Philomène, precisely at Ruelle Saint-Georges. According to information available to the PNH, Chinaïder, a notorious bandit, was arrested for his involvement in acts of rape perpetrated on young girls in the areas of Sainte-Philomène and Laborie and is also accused in the fire of more than ten houses.
