The Group of Ambassadors of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC) paid tribute to the Ambassador of Haiti Louis Marie Saintil, at the end of his mission to the Kingdom of Spain.

Ambassador Saintil was honored for his outstanding contribution to the promotion of diplomatic relations and academic cooperation between Haiti and Spain.
