iciHaiti - PNH : 1 member of the «400 Mawozo» killed, another wounded is on the run

Sunday February 26, 2023, around 11:30 a.m., an armored patrol from the Departmental Unit for the Maintenance of Order (UDMO) which would cover the areas of La Tremblay and Duval Roche (Commune of Croix-des-Bouquets, West Dept.), crossed a suspicious vehicle.
As the patrol prepared to check the vehicle, two individuals inside opened fire on the police officers who immediately returned fire, fatally wounding one of them and wounding the other, who, although wounded managed to escape.
According to the police, these individuals were members of the "400 Mawozo". A 12-gauge rifle with a few cartridges was seized after the operation.
