iciHaiti - Insecurity: The Ministry condemns the violent acts committed against the education system

The Ministry is very concerned when it observes that acts of violence continue to be committed against parents, teachers, students and other school staff and infrastructure (looting, theft, vandism, fire) in several cities in the country.

This situation of insecurity (with acts of kidnapping, murder and others) has a great negative impact on families and the proper functioning of schools.

The Ministry once again condemns all these acts and makes an urgent appeal to all actors to continue to protect schools and children, as well as parents and educational staff. Recalling "There is no future without education, there is no country without education" and reiterates its determination to continue to work in the interest of the school, children and all of society.
