Me Stéphanie Saint-Surin (31 years old), Lawyer at the bar of Port-au-Prince, is the second winner of the 34th pleading competition of Caen Normandy (France), for her pleading "They watched themselves die" on the detainees of the Jacmel prison.
The members of the jury, won over by the quality of his speech and above all by his eloquence, awarded her the "Prix du Barreau" during the final ceremony which took place on March 12 at the Mémorial de Caen (France).
