"Digicel and MonCash condemn the actions of certain racketeers who call or write to people telling them that the Digicel Foundation gives money to enter schools.

We would like to remind all our customers of some safety tips :

1 - Never share your personal account information with anyone;

2 - If you have not participated in a contest or game, reject all calls indicating that you have won a prize;

3 - Even if you participate in a contest, you will be contacted by the official number of MonCash and Digicel services (3711 1111 - 3709 0000);

4 - A MonCash agent will never call you to ask you to return money because the transaction went wrong;

5 - Contact MonCash or Digicel customer service or the police to file a complaint against all the numbers calling you to claim that you won a prize in a contest in which you did not participate.
