In full operation at the level of Village de Dieu https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-39528-haiti-news-zapping.html , Frantz Elbé took the opportunity not only to congratulate the police for their dynamism, courage and professionalism observed in the context of violent armed clashes against armed gangs, but also to motivate them.

It should be noted that the Portail Léogâne sub-police station was recently attacked by armed individuals who are members of the "5 Seconds" gang led by Chief Johnson André alias "Izo".
