Friday, May 19, the Haitian Youth Observatory organized a presentation ceremony of the Network of Sports Journalists of Cité Soleil for Peace (REJOSCISPA), in the presence of various actors and institutions involved in the field of community violence reduction and personalities from the Haitian sports world.

Composed of journalists and sports columnists, animators of championships of the different blocks in conflict in the commune, this non-profit network, has as main objective to encourage and promote and maintain peace and especially to use sport as a vector to contribute to the development of peace in the commune and as a channel to convey messages of peace in the sports activities of Cité Soleil...

Note that this activity is carried out as part of the project "Kilti ak espò Pou lapè nan Site Solèy" of "Ann chanje wout" program of the Organization of American States (OAS), the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) funded by the INL.
