For this 29th edition of Livres en Folie, the online sales platform will be operational from June 5 to 11, 2023. Users, during this period, will be able to take advantage of it for acquisitions among the 1,180 titles that will be available, 24/7.

Anaïse Chavenet of Communication Plus explains "New users are invited to create an account to access the platform (username and password) [...] The first thing to know for buying books online when of Livres en Folie is that the user does not have to be a credit card holder to place an order on the www.livresenfolie.com website [...] Any holder of an account in bank at Unibank, a passbook or a checking savings account, a current account or the Unibank debit card (Unibank tout kote) can use it to make purchases on the website."

Note that access to online books is not reserved for Unibank customers, holders of any Visa or MasterCard credit card can take advantage of the online purchase offer "[...] However, a 10% discount is offered to Unicarte holders, in addition to the 40% discount offered to all buyers at Livres en Folie."

"Once the titles have been found, users can add them to the basket. However, it recommends that the latter pay for their order as soon as all the titles are added to the basket because, after 24 hours, any unpaid order will be automatically removed from the basket."

As for the delivery of the titles ordered, two choices are available to users. The customer can pick up his order at the Communication Plus premises; on the other hand, the customer can choose to have his order delivered to a branch of Unibank.

Regarding the possibility for people living abroad to place orders, Anaïse Chavenet clarified "Livres en Folie does not offer delivery outside of Haiti. A person living abroad can still, through the platform, acquire books, but he must designate a person to collect his order for him in Haiti."
