iciHaiti - Customs of Drouillard : Assault rifle and ammunition seized

As part of a verification search in a suspicious container from Florida, at the Drouillard warehouse, carried out by Customs Agents, supported by investigators from the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) at the request of the General Administration of Customs (AGD), the agents discovered concealed the following objects:

A butt of an assault rifle;
A cylinder head;
A set of spare parts intended for the assembly of the rifle;
A ballistic helmet;
17 boxes of 20 5.56 caliber cartridges;
1 box of 9mm caliber cartridges containing 115 cartridges;
2 empty boxes for Glock;
5 magazines compatible with the assault rifle.

Following this discovery, the DCPJ seized the rifle and ammunition and arrested Bonnet MICHEL and Wilbains GEORGES, for their alleged involvement in this case.

Following their hearings, an operation was carried out this week in Delmas to arrest the recipient of the package, the named Guerisma ODOINE.

Currently they are in police custody for the consequences of the procedure. However, two other people, including a pastor, who reside in the United States are actively sought by the FBI/ATF Cooperation agencies in connection with this case.
