Students from the Training Center for Fundamental Education (CFEF), a higher education establishment founded by the Ministry of National Education in June 1999, celebrated the 24th anniversary of this Center at the Lycée Toussaint in Port-au- Prince where the CFEF is currently located.

During 2 days, musical entertainment, football championships, dances, drum shows, theater, slams and many others were not lacking.

The most important point was the conference-debate around the theme: "Understanding the failure of the Bernard reform" Professor Jérôme Paul Eddy Lacoste and Professor Jean Berthony Blantrise, who led this conference, explained to the students the value of the Creole language, quality teacher training and the integration of technology in the classroom that can make the Bernard reform really land in Haiti.
