iciHaiti - PNH : 2 bandits killed, 4 others arrested

Two actively wanted bandits were fatally injured in exchanges of fire with the police during an operation carried out in the Moleard 20 area earlier this week.

They are Benson Présendieu alias "Sonson", 35, a native of Gonaives and Peterson Josué Norélus, 31. The latter had just been installed as gang leader of the localities of Moleard and Tiibob by the armed band of Canaan seeking to extend its tentacles at the Plaine du Cul-de-Sac.

Four other individuals were arrested and the police confiscated 5 motorcycles during this intervention: St Hilaire Rony alias "bègòm", St Hilaire Claude "alias" akiki, Charles Kervens and Louis Charles Joseph.
