After the attack on a business and the kidnapping of several citizens in the commune of Tabarre by the "Kraze Baryè" gang led by Vitelhomme Innocent, the National Police of Haiti (PNH), on the instructions of the Director General ai Frantz Elbé, continues to carry out operations in this commune with the aim of dismantling this gang and putting Chief Vitelhomme and all his accomplices out of harm's way.
