iciHaiti - PNH : Two drug traffickers arrested

Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 Loxserge Mamanne (44 years old), was arrested by agents from the Office for the Fight Against Narcotics South in the locality of Lilet, Baie des Flamants, commune of Cavaillon (South Dept.). During this arrest, 2kg377 of narcotics, which tested positive for cocaine, were found in his possession.
The same day in the town of Hinche (Central dept.) the Police arrested Johnny Milias (51) aboard a minibus, a member of a gang operating in the locality of "Mwenvil", commune of Gros-Morne (Dept. Artibonite). He was in possession of 2 packages of marijuana.
