Friday, July 7, 2023, Fallen, thus known, an escapee from prison, was fatally injured in exchanges of fire with the police in the area called "Jubilée", commune of Gonaïves.

At the same time, that same day in the area of Pravil 18, commune of Terre Neuve, (Artibonite Dept.), Octama Prophet (39 years old), was arrested. During his arrest, a 38 caliber revolver, balaclavas and various other equipment were found in his possession.
