Saturday August 12, 2023, the Fusée d'Or Internationale was honored by the municipality of Cap-Haitien, during a ceremony marking its 60th anniversary.

Cultural heritage of the country, today, it is with pride and emotion that the people of the North and especially those of the city of Capcelebrate the 60th anniversary of the Tropicana Orchestra of Haiti.

In a festive and emotional atmosphere, Mrs. Yvrose PIERRE Mayor of Cap, presented plaques of honor in particular to Maestro Cinna Octavius Charles alias "Ti Blanc" and medals to the musicians and members of the Sixty-year-old Orchestra, who ceases to make his fans dance in Haiti and abroad.

The Administrator of Tropicana, Pierre Pelotat, welcomed this initiative of the municipal administration and believes that it testifies to a certain recognition of the efforts and hard work of the musicians of the Tropicana Orchestra of Haiti.
